1) Ms. Lang confirmed Yiwu Qianjun Clothing had in stock and ready to deliver our order. Once payment was made, Ms. Land notified us that some of the merchandise was not availible and that we should choose other models to complete the overpayment. This happened the time before when we ordered from her. We asked for a return of payment, but did not recieve it. Ms. Lang stated the merchandise would be shipped within a week.after receipt of payment. It took much longer. Ms. Lang was told seven times the correct address to send the shipment. She sent it to the wrong address. After days of searching for the shipment, the two packages wre recovered and forwarded to us. On making the inventory of this shipment, it was found that twenty pieces wre missig for a total value of US$ 236.80. Miss Lang was informed of this, and she confirmed we were short shipped. We asked to speak with the company mangement,but she would not make the connection. We asked for a refund, she did not this
